Return any unopened bag within thirty days of receipt for a full refund, no questions asked.

We issue a prepaid return label for every eligible return. Drop it off; we handle the rest.

Didn't suit your palate? Send it back opened — we exchange for another origin or issue store credit.

The Process

Four steps, one week.

From first note to refund, the whole thing usually settles within a working week.

  1. N° 001

    Write.

    Email admin@liyyucoffee.com or telephone during trading hours. Tell us the order number and what went awry.

  2. N° 002

    Label.

    We issue a prepaid return label within one working day. It arrives in your inbox, ready to print.

  3. N° 003

    Post.

    Pack the bag securely — the original pouch is ideal — and drop it at any postal counter. No signature needed.

  4. N° 004

    Refund.

    Once the parcel reaches us, we refund within 1 — 2 working days. The bank typically shows it in 3 — 5.
