Bright & floral.
Celebrated for its high-altitude brightness — jasmine, lemon peel, a clean finish that lingers like tea. The Yirgacheffe cup is what most of the world thinks Ethiopian coffee tastes like.
Wine-dark & sweet.
A balanced, medium-bodied cup carrying berry, dark fruit, and a sweetness reminiscent of light wine. Natural processing leaves the fruit pulp on during drying, coaxing richer aromatics into the bean.
Deep & ancient.
The deepest origin in our bench — blueberry, chocolate, a low-slung spice. Cultivation in the Harrar highlands predates most agricultural record-keeping; the plants here remember more than the ledgers do.
