Harrar has cultivated coffee for over a thousand years — longer than most agricultural records exist. The eastern highlands at 1,500 — 2,100m, a semi-arid climate, sandy mineral-rich loam, and dry-processing with heirloom varieties produce the deepest origin on our bench: blueberry, chocolate, a low-slung spice, and a body that carries.
